Our Featured Projects

Apex and Boston Pizza have formed a strong partnership that began over 20 years ago. As most Boston Pizza locations are independently owned and operated, we take the time to create personal relationships with many owners in order to customize our service.
This was a custom building with many stunning architectural details. The client, Pioneer Seeds, simply wanted more than just a metal building, and many small and large details were added to create character.
The renovation that we completed for Wendy’s was our most challenging project to date. Apex was asked to tear down and rebuild half of the exterior while gutting the inside and remodeling, all within a timeline of under nine weeks.
Apex has successfully built 6 new locations for both Swiss Chalet and Montana’s Cookhouse’s. Our most memorable project involved taking an old abandoned building, gutting it and rebuilding it into a brand new establishment.
For over five years, Apex has been Tim Horton’s first choice for renovations and new store builds. With challenges such as small work sites and the requirement of full service trailers remaining operational throughout the job, Apex handles each renovation deftly.
A touch of European architectural grace is coming soon to the northwest corner of 120 Street and 107 Avenue in Edmonton, Alberta. This unique building will be home for 20 locally owned shops and businesses totaling 56,000 square feet.
