Pioneer Seeds

This was a custom building with many stunning architectural details. The client, Pioneer Seeds, simply wanted more than just a metal building, and many small and large details were added to create character. Set into the rural landscape, the building is quite an impressive sight while the greenhouse lights are illuminated at night. The whole development was a challenge, as there were many hurdles during the process of obtaining the development permit while meeting site-specific environmental challenges.
