Apex has successfully built 6 new locations for both Swiss Chalet and Montana’s Cookhouse’s. Our most memorable project involved taking an old abandoned building, gutting it and rebuilding it into a brand new establishment. Tight timelines and high standards for quality make these stores a challenge, but always an interesting project.
